• Disability
• Marital status

What counts as discrimination

Discrimination can take different forms, including:

• Rejecting a booking on the basis of the characteristics listed above
• Different prices or conditions for certain groups
• Discriminatory comments in reviews or messages

Consequences

Violations of this policy may lead to permanent suspension of the account. We cooperate with the relevant authorities when necessary.
